2. Reservations and Stays
These Terms and Conditions cover your use of our website. Reservations, stays and use of our properties are governed by our separate Reservation Terms & Conditions and Facilities & Amenities Policies : https://afribellaluxurysuites.com/reservation-terms. This includes property locations, guest responsibilities, group bookings, room assignments, occupancy, house rules, and damage and claims. Please read those terms before making a booking. Where they conflict with these Terms on any booking or stay matter, the Reservation Terms & Conditions take priority.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Make false, speculative or fraudulent bookings or enquiries
- Submit information that is inaccurate or belongs to someone else without their permission
